As I embark on this discipleship journey, groups emerge at at church and through college students. In Australia, tools like Oikos Map are igniting gospel conversations and my work with YFC and The Global Harvest continues to bless both myself and those we minister to.

Today is a major milestone! Not only am I sending my first newsletter but I am also officially launching my website ethantripodi.com so I can keep you and other friends updated with news and prayer needs.

A new initiative by Harvest Australia is the Harvest Young Adults Network. The goal: to create a community of mission-minded young adults across Australia that are active in the gospel and equipped to participate in it. Good progress has been made with our initial cohort and we expect God to keep on bearing fruit through it.

One of the most meaningful ways God provides for His servants is through His people, the church. I have certainly experienced this after building a relationship with His Place House of Worship and am excited to see the fruit God will bring of it.

For the past few months I have been undergoing the onboarding process to become an official missionary with Youth for Christ Australia. They are a partner of Harvest Australia and have agreed to be yet another partner of mine and help me raise missionary support as I pursue our unified mission to see young people in Australia active in the gospel.

My trip to America has been pending for almost 2 years now and a lot can change over that kind of time. With the United States open to individuals like myself, I am now getting ready to land in West Plains, Missouri to continue my work with The Discovery Bible Project as well as seek new opportunities with local churches.

It’s been in the works for several weeks now, but I am now ready to announce my new partnership with Harvest Australia (AKA The Global Harvest). They are an organisation using similar strategies to other “Disciple-Making Movements” and are an answer to prayer for what I have felt is lacking in my discipleship ministry.

God gave many opportunities to serve and grow through 2022. With most of the year spent in Uganda, Africa, here is a summary of how the journey is going, as well as what 2023 has in store.

These past several months have been a dream come true. I have been so blessed by the people of Uganda and thank God for the opportunity I have had to bless them in return.

I'm back from the 5 day seminar and am pleased to report that it was a huge success. A lot of twists and turns occurred but nonetheless, it was all possible by the grace of God and your generous donations.

The things we look at draw us nearer to them. A sprinter stares right in front of him because he knows as soon as he looks to the left or the right, that is the direction he will go. Paul gives us 3 tests in Galatians 6 to make sure we are seeing straight.

Jesus calls us to prayer that workers may be sent into the harvest. However, what you will likely find is that you are that worker he is sending, and these verses contain everything he's calling you to do.

4 words, each with unique meaning, are used by Paul at the beginning of 1 Tim 2 exhort us on how to prayer. The order of these words is intentional, their meanings are nuanced, and by understanding them we will have a deeper prayer life.

The Lord's Prayer beings with the famous phrase, "Our Father". This reminds us of an important relationship with we have with God as His children. The rest of the prayer, takes us deeper on that journey.

In the aftermath of his three denials, Peter needs to be reinstated by Jesus who reminds him of what his true calling it. In general, to love God, and more specifically, to feed and shepherd His flock. These reminders serve as a solid rock that we can turn to whenever we begin to falter.
